Duplex courtyard cottages with a garage and an optional screened porch. The cottages are not age-restricted, making them a great fit for professionals, families and anyone who wants more space and privacy with the convenience of community amenities.

Beechwood Gardens

Active adult single-family homes designed for maintenance-free living, with designs of up to four bedrooms. Gardens residents are planned to have priority access to the continuing care services at Beechwood Lakes, so the next chapter is already planned for.

Beechwood Lakes

A continuing care retirement community offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care on the same campus. Couples and families can stay close as needs change, with the peace of mind that comes from having every level of care nearby.

Why Edenton?

Edenton is the Chowan County seat and one of North Carolina's oldest towns, set on Edenton Bay where it meets the Albemarle Sound. Its walkable historic downtown, waterfront parks, the Roanoke River Lighthouse and a calendar of local festivals give it a small-town warmth that is hard to find anywhere else. With a limited supply of new apartments and homes in the area, Beechwood will open up new options for people who want to live in Edenton rather than commute in.
